Cracker Barrel Names New CEO
Former Taco Bell executive Julie Felss Masino to assume top role on November 1st
Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBRL) has announced that Julie Felss Masino will take the helm of the company and assume the roles of President and Chief Executive Officer from Sandra B. Cochran effective November 1st.
Masino most recently served as President, International of Taco Bell (which operates under the umbrella of Yum Brands), having previously led Taco Bell’s U.S. business. Before her time at Taco Bell, Masino had served in a variety of roles at Starbucks Corporation, including CMO of Starbucks’ China business and Vice President, Global Merchandise and Packaged Food.
Commenting on her appointment, Masino stated:

Before assuming her leadership roles officially in November, Masino will work with current CEO Cochran on a transitional basis beginning on August 7th.
