Nashville Farmers’ Market
This downtown market is the largest and most active market in the city. It is open daily throughout most of the year, and in addition to its extensive array of outdoor vendors selling food and artisanal goods, it is a popular lunch spot for hungry Germantown professionals looking to set aside their legal briefs and architectural blueprints for a while to enjoy a quick and satisfying weekday lunch. Free parking is available for customers in the market lot through the entrance off Rosa L. Parks Boulevard.
Beyond food, the market also regularly hosts live music events, and its convenient location is only steps away from the Tennessee State Museum and Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park.

Richland Park Farmers’ Market
Richland Park, with its splendid playground and cozy public library, is a favorite destination for families every day of the week, and on Saturday mornings when the time comes for the vendors to open up shop, the action really heats up! Join the throngs of Sylvan Park parents and entertain your kids while also taking care of your weekend shopping. As an added convenience, many of their vendors accept pre-orders; you can check out the full list here and reach out to them directly with inquiries. Free parking is available in the Richland Park lot along Charlotte Avenue.

12 South Farmers’ Market
This weekly market in the trendy 12 South neighborhood offers locally grown produce, food trucks, and live music - plus a playground nearby for parents looking for a post-school activity for the whole family.

East Nashville Farmers’ Market
A great option for everyone on the east side of the river, the East Nashville Farmers’ Market vendor roster features perennial favorites like Bugtussle Farms, Elk River Wagyu, and Golden Goat Herbals, as well as many more. Wedgewood-Houston Farmers’ Market
This market located just behind the new Live Nation building at Chestnut and 4th is a relatively new addition to the city’s farmers’ market scene, giving you another opportunity to stock your pantry with farm-fresh Tennessee food each week. Nashville Farmers’ Market at Vanderbilt
As essential stop for the tweed-jacketed professoriate and white-coated physicians of Vanderbilt, this seasonal outpost of the downtown farmers’ market brings favorite vendors straight to the campus of VUMC, including Smokin’ Oaks Organic Farm, Laurel Mountain Bakery, and TN Artisan Honey.

St. George’s Farmers’ Market
This delightful market in the parking lot of St. George’s Episcopal Church (next to Belle Meade City Hall) is small, but its top-notch vendors pack a punch. With its convenient location on Harding Pike, it is a perfect stop on the way home for West Nashvillians looking to surprise their families with a special Thursday-evening meal. Franklin Farmers’ Market
Founded in 2002, this suburban farmers’ market just 15 miles south of Nashville in Williamson County is fully dedicated to the food of Tennessee. It is held on Saturdays next to the historic Factory at Franklin, which was built in 1929 to produce stoves, but which today is an elegantly renovated shopping complex featuring art galleries, home furnishings, food, and live events.

Hip Donelson Farmers’ Market
Founded in 2012, this market brings together a wide range of local producers, all of whom come from within 150 miles of Donelson. Operating at Donelson Station since 2023, the market is ideally situated for commuters looking to stock their kitchens ahead of the weekend.
